1. How to Order

  2. Select size/color (if applicable) and add to cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter accurate shipping & billing details.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete payment.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

2. Payment Methods

We accept major payment methods via secure third-party processors:

  • Other region-based payment options offered at checkout
    All payments are processed over secure SSL connections. Relleza does not store full card details on our servers.

3. Currency & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in USD by default.

  • Your card issuer or payment provider may convert the charge to your local currency — exchange fees (if any) are set by your bank.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are confirmed by email right after payment.

  • Typical processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment.

  • If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or an are alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for details.

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Use the tracking link sent to your email to follow your package.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear after shipment.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase (before processing starts).

  • To request a cancellation or change, email support@relleza.com with your order number as soon as possible.

10. Promo Codes & Discounts

  • Only one promo code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.

  • Promo codes have expiry dates and terms — see the offer details at checkout.

11. Gift Cards

  • Digital gift cards are valid for the period stated on the card and are redeemable online at checkout.

12. Product Information & Care

  • Product pages include materials, size guides, and care instructions when applicable.

  • If you need additional product info, contact us before ordering.

13. Security & Fraud Protection

  • Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed, canceled, or require identity verification.

14. Lost or Delayed Packages
