1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item:

Arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Has not been used and is in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact our team first at support@relleza.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Examples include:

Skincare or hair removal devices that have been unsealed or used.

Items without their original packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t accept returns without prior approval.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time for the refund to appear.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery.
After this period, the order cannot be canceled once shipped.
